Samen zijn zij geïnspireerd om de beste Italiaanse gerechten te bereiden, door uitsluitend gebruik te maken van originele producten uit Umbrië en Toscane. Ze bieden menu's aan voor ontbijt, lunch en diner en kunnen ook een speciaal menu voor een verjaardag of jubileum creëren, hetzij in uw accommodatie of op een andere locatie naar uw keuze. Daarnaast bieden ze ook kooklessen aan en speciale menu's voor mensen met bepaalde dieetwensen.

This is a private class with professional chefs, for 1 person to larger private groups. Designed for the travellers seeking special personalised treatment, the chef will be at your complete disposal for a culinary learning and dining experience. The location is on a Tuscan estate which is a winery and olive oil producer, the magnificent original kitchen of the Villa Pandolfini dating to 1455, will be yours, be welcomed with a coffee or glass of prosecco, a signature apron and recipe book. Menus are designed by us, any special requests can certainly be catered for.
We propose a 4 course meal preparation from antipasto to dessert. This includes a first course of fresh pasta making, gnocchi, risotto or Florentine crepes for example. Main meat or fish with vegetable side and of course dessert. 
The accredited cooking school was the first of its kind and the best in the region. This is the perfect introduction to Tuscan cuisine for the aspiring foodie.
