De woning ligt in het hart van de Chianti Classico en biedt eenvoudig toegang tot kastelen en bekende plaatsen zoals Radda, Volpaia en Gaiole. Siena, Florence, Arezzo en San Gimignano zijn ideaal voor een dagtocht. Het dorp Lecchi met een uitstekend restaurant en een kruidenierswinkel ligt op slechts 2 km afstand. Gaiole en Radda bereikt u in ongeveer 15 minuten met de auto; hier vindt u diverse restaurants, cafés en kleine supermarkten.
Le Volte ligt rustig in een gehucht, omringd door wijngaarden en een tuin op verschilende niveaus. Er zijn drie gemeubileerde terrassen, waarvan er twee overdekt zijn en voorzien van eettafels – perfect om samen buiten te eten.
Het huis met twee verdiepingen combineert traditionele Toscaanse elementen zoals gewelfde plafonds, houten balken en terracottavloeren met een comfortabele inrichting vol charme en persoonlijke accenten.
Bij het grote infinity zwembad vindt u ook een poolhouse met fitnessapparatuur en een open keuken- en woonruimte.

This is a wow property. Living quarters in old house characterful and immaculate, pool area and pool house in fantastic setting with great views and well appointed. Atmosphere in hamlet is nice with a small vineyard tasting outlet with good wine, and a larger well known vineyard in walking distance. Local small village Lecchi very close 2.5km with great lively cafe and nice restaurant, small shop. Radda a bit further 10-15 min drive with more restaurants and larger shop. Note that main house for sleeping is separate from pool house area by 60m or so down a hill, but pool house is fully equipped so can base fully at pool if choose. Impressed by host agent To Tuscany, who proactively raised and addressed an issue with some building noise from a neighbouring property (in july 2026 this noise is something to ask about status of but would not stop me staying at property). So can trust the host. Interactions with local host arrival departure etc also easy and pleasant. Recommended.Ristorante Malborghetto in Lecchi Enoteca Rinaldi in Lecchi for morning coffee/breakfast. Restaurants in Radda (Bar Dante Alighieri, Pizza Hot) Casanuova Di Ama winery. Siena 45 mins. Florence 75 mins.
