Treccianino is een ruime villa met een privé zwembad in een enorme tuin met uitzicht over de prachtige heuvels en wijngaarden van de Val di Merse. Ideaal voor een grotere familie of gezellige vriendengroep, hier kunnen 10 gasten verblijven, er zijn zes slaapkamers verdeeld over het hoofdhuis. De marmeren vloer en tijdloze inrichting, opengewerkte stenen muren, hoge plafonds met houten balken en een uitstekend gebruik van het natuurlijke daglicht maken dit een heerlijke vakantiebestemming. Ieder detail in het interieur combineert modern comfort met traditioneel Toscaanse stijl.
Het zwembad lijkt een beetje op een filmset met prachtig onderhouden gazon, kleurrijke bloemen en verschillende schaduwrijke terrassen. U kunt hier genieten van een goed boek, lekker samen koken en buiten eten, of uitgebreid bijkletsen. De parasols die voor welkome schaduw zorgen bij de ligbedden passen schitterend bij het aquamarijn van het water van het grote zwembad. Vanaf het houten en betegelde zonnedek heeft u onbelemmerd zicht op wijngaarden, heuvels en olijfboomgaarden die zich tot de horizon uitstrekken. Even wandelen? De nabijgelegen plaatsjes Sovicile en Rosia zijn makkelijk te bereiken, of bezoek fantastisch Siena.

T 10 is a delightful luxury villa set in a superb rural location with views across the Tuscan countryside. You feel as if you are staying in Hollywood.
For a party of 10 we had two large rental cars, essential for shopping and visiting the area.
We tended to be self catering for our meals rather than eating out but there are loads of restaurants in the locality. We were a party of 5 couples and we struggled a little over the allocation of the 5 double rooms, some are better than others and not all have their bathroom en suite. Bags of hot water for plenty of showers.A day trip to Siena is a must.Park at the railway station multi-storey 9 Just to the north side of Sienna, go through the adjacent shopping mall and head up the series of escalators to reach Siena itself ( turn left at the top andwalk for about 500 metres until you see 3 arches that will take you into Sienna itself).
Also go to the vinery almost just as Ross the road from the villa’s entrance gate.Well worth a tour with a wine tasting.Barbara will look after you extremely well.
If you are cooking in the villa kitchen and are over about 5ft tall you are likely to smack your head more than once if you lean forward to look at your cookingConnect by WhatsApp with Giacomo.He has good local knowledge of restaurants and eating places in the immediate locality and in Siena. We did not do a great deal of site seeing, happy to laze in the sunshine by the pool. We used the Coop supermarket in nearby Rosita .It has a wide choice of food, meats vegetables at reasonable prices plus lots of drink.

Vertalen?Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z pięknymi widokami, fantastyczne obejście, zadbany i codziennie sprzątany ogród, piękny oliwny ogród, duży bardzo komfortowy basen z ozonowana wodą i sporą ilością miejsca do leżakowania wokół basenu. dodatkowo mnóstwo miejsca na trawnikach wokół posesji.Otoczenie domu ukwiecone i czyste. Dom o dużej powierzchni posiadający prawie wszystkie niezbędne wygody. Do każdego pokoju przylega prywatna łazienka. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Na pewno miejsce warte powrotu.

Okolice przepiękne. Polecam winnice po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Vertalen?Dom przerósł nasze oczekiwania.. Jest fantastyczny, nie oddaje swojego uroku na zamieszonych zdjęciach. Wszystko zgodne z opisem! Przestrzeń, komfort, cisza, prywatność. Swobodny dostęp do wszystkich możliwości, jakie spełnia dom i okoliczności. Basen, który oceniam na 6+ sprawne leżaki, pralnia, suszarnia, grill, piec opalany drewnem do pizzy.. dwa piękne tarasy.. mogłabym tak wymieniać .. Przesympatyczny właściciel i ogrodnik. Nie zawahania wrócę. Dziękujemy serdecznie!!!

Vertalen?Cette villa est extraordinaire et permet de passer des journées merveilleuses dans un calme et une discrétion absolue.
Les chaises et les tables extérieures ne sont pas au niveau de la villa et méritent d'être remplacées.
Le système Wifi n'est pas suffisamment performant et cette remarque n'a rien à voir avec le problème de panne dû à l'orage.
L'entretien extérieur et en particulier l'entretien de la piscine est optimal et très discret, un grand merci au jardinier

Vertalen?From the moment we arrived...the entrance to the villa is breathtaking...Our stay at the villa was fabulous...the location, the surroundings, the landscape, the Gardner, and the owners were very accommodating...we were 10. Minutes from Sienna...really a beautiful historical town, with many good restaurants, shopping and nightlife...but spending a night at the villa, sitting outside sipping a glass of Tuscan wine and looking at the beautiful sky filled with stars and the lights of the village in the background was a memory that we will always behold!! Many friends and family visited us during our 6 week stay and every single one of them wanted to return and spend more time...we left the villa with a heavy heart and promised to return!!!

SAT-TV hat kaum deutsche Programme (war mir egal)
